lulu1  lulu2  lulu3

lulu3  lulu4

Hi there,

My name is Amanda, and I adopted an Orange Tabby called ‘Sharon’ on August 11th of this year, and Linda (the foster mom and employee, I’m not sure of her last name, or title), wanted me to send some photo updates, but couldn’t remember the email she told me. So, I hope this email gets to her!

Almost 5 months, her name is LuLu, but I mostly call her ‘Little Lu’, or ‘Sweet Girl’. She gets so excited when I call her Sweet Girl, she just climbs on my chest, and settles right in by my neck. She is the best companion! An absolute sweetheart, so curious but cautious around everything, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. However, she loves hopping in the shower when I am finished, to play with the faucet! She’s pretty silly.
I have attached a few of my favorite photos of her! They are in ascending order, the first being the oldest. That was from the first weekend I adopted her, already so many cuddles!
The second photo was taken three days after I had an emergency appendectomy and she was there making these diva poses, and was great when I was going through recovery.
Third photo is a common resting position for her, I have no idea why, but she will start in a ball, and then stretch and then just end up on her back! It is too funny!
The fourth picture is another full body, and I have dubbed this the “Diva Drop” because she will just be walking, then slowly slide into a ‘sit’ but then just dramatically flop on her side and stretch! It’s hysterical!
The final picture is one of Lu and I waiting in the car, I took her out of her carrier and she just wouldn’t take her eyes off of me. I love this one so much!
Thank you all for allowing me to invite her into my home, and making her a permanent part of my family. It means the absolute world to me! I cannot see myself without her! In just two months, this little animal has changed my life.
God Bless,
Amanda Vandenhemel
