Hello folks over at Parma Shelter!
Back in April, my husband, Shawn and I adopted a red heeler-mix from your shelter! His shelter name was “Colt” but our daughter has since renamed him, Rigby. I just wanted to email you guys (as I promised upon adopting him I would) on how he’s doing!
We’ve had him for almost 6 months now, and he fits in SO well with our family! Not to mention, the neighborhood kids love him too. They will often come into our yard if he is roaming around (with his electric fence collar) just to play with or pet him. He’s so gentle with children and strangers alike. So sweet.
He’s even made a couple of pup friends, including, my sister’s dog, Z. They’re pretty much best friends.
Anyways, he’s happy and healthy and we’re just so happy to have him as an addition to our family. Thank you so much PAS!
