I adopted Jefferson (now named Oliver) in September 2014. He had just recently experienced a leg amputation and was in the care of his foster mom, Chrissy. I had been looking for a young black kitten and he caught my heart. His brother, Whitman, and him are great friends as they sleep together, groom each other, and enjoy chasing each other and wrestling. Oliver has accepted his missing leg well and he runs and jumps as though it is there. I appreciate Parma and Chrissy taking the time and energy to rehabilitate Oliver and give him a chance at a normal life. Chrissy and I remain in touch as she adopted Oliver’s brothers. Oliver is a great addition to the family and I highly recommend Parma.
