From Melanie Citino: Sophie, formerly known as Rosetta, loves her ‘new’ forever home. I adopted 10 yr old Sophie (was Rosetta) in August 2013. She is doing well. Still not sure about our Shepherd mix, so most of the time she spends upstairs with my daughters. But she is making progress. Today she has been downstairs for about 1/2 hr with only one hiss at Eva. Patience. Love both of my adopted girls.

Sophie is doing so much better now. Instead of spending her time upstairs she is now only downstairs. She loves her window shelf my husband made for her and loves to play. Still is leery of our Shepherd, but gets very close before she feels the need to his. So happy we decided to adopt her.
